I’ve been super excited about picking my wedding band because it’s one of the few pieces of the planning process that has longevity beyond the big day – and when I say longevity, I mean I’m going to be wearing it every day after so it’s a pretty big deal!!
You may remember a while back I asked you to weigh in on some styles I was considering, so now that I had to commit to a decision (we’re less than two months out!!), I turned to the bridal specialists at bluboho to help a girl out!
(the bluboho Queen st. storefront + me with their bridal specialist Maddie)
Before I reveal my final choice, I’ll just say that I went to basically every jewelry retailer you can think of (as well as tons of online searching), and bluboho was the only spot that I felt had a ton of options that I loved and would actually consider. So, if you’re looking for a special piece for your wedding band, check them out .. even their non-bridal stuff is amazing! I’ve basically planned out several stacks to come lol.
Ok, so here is the winner:
It’s called the 7 Diamond Curve Ring and is great if you’re pairing with a large and/or elongated centre stone because it doesn’t get lost underneath (also great for high settings). I love it because it’s just different enough that it feels special, but still classically pretty with a lot of stacking options. Mostly though, I love that the diamonds are individually pronged instead of being contained in the band… kind of makes me think of a little constellation 🙂 I should also mention that I went with rose gold to match my engagement ring, but all the bluboho wedding band offering come in a range of white, yellow & rose golds.
Obviously though, I couldn’t go into this place and NOT try on everything, so below are some of the others I loved for you to shop:
Heirloom Baguette Diamond Halfway Ring – this is a special piece, guys. I tried it on and fell in love, so am planning on it for a right hand ring lol. More dramatic, but still so romantic (and who doesn’t love baguettes?! …The bread kind also).
Petite Baguette & Round Diamond Halfway Band – Didn’t I tell you I love baguettes?! The below wedding band is the prettiest twist on your regular eternity band with a mix of baguette and round diamonds. Perfection. This beauty is not yet on the website so if you’d like to try it on just ask one of the bridal specialists in store! Note, bluboho has two locations downtown (Queen + Yonge), a location in Oakville and a new spot in Prince Edward County.
Lausanne Ring – similar to what I mentioned above, I love that the shape of this ring has more interest than a straight band. Another with endless stacking potential.
Legacy Ring – definitely more traditional but I’ve been seeing a lot of dainty engagement rings paired with thicker bands and there’s something unexpected there guys!! Also, really nice that this one is engravable to include your wedding date, spouse’s name, or anything else meaningful to you.

Would love to hear which of these wedding bands is your fave and what you’re thinking of incorporating into your own ring stacks!! x
