My Skincare Routine

I’m doing my best to share on the topics that you all have submitted via my IG polls so here goes – my skincare routine! I’m surprised how many times this one has come up because honestly, you’ll see what I do is pretty basic, but I have tried a lot of brands + have worked in skincare so hope it’s enjoyable if nothing else 🙂

This one is my absolute go-to for the past few years — I love that it still lathers and leaves your skin feeling clean and makeup-free without any tightness. Even my husband uses it now! I usually swap to the oil-free version in the summer months bc my skin type is combination and def more oily in the heat. It also comes in a travel size which I have ready to go in my travel kit. This one is also great, but a little more pricey although it does last long & I like the addition of the glycolic. Finally, hopping on the bandwagon and really want to try this one.

This is an area where I definitely experiment a bit more, just given that I’m not too picky as long as it’s good quality ingredients and since I’m lucky to get sent products to try.

For serums, I love this one for day (mattifies for day & reduces pores), and this one for night because I personally need the chemical peeling ingredients or I look dull. You can’t beat the price point. For more of a splurge, I also like this all-in-one serum which is rich but non-irritating and anti-aging which I’m more concerned with now.

For moisturizers, I’ve used this one a lot, but recently tried this one and loved it (can say it’s worth the $$). However, I’m currently using this day and night duo and am super impressed so far!! Might be new faves.

If you watch my stories, you know that I’m committing to being more diligent with eye cream and am loving the one I’ve started using. I’m very into these eye masks also (hello, new mom life), and the last few months I probably would have died without this lip balm. If I so much as step outside in the winter with bare lips they are instantly chapped.

So, as you can see, my skincare routine is super minimal, but gets the job done with quality ingredients & quickly (which is what I need!). One more thing I should mention, I use SPF everyday year round!! Right now, it’s built into the foundation that I’ve been loving. Any q’s, let me know! x
